		<description><![CDATA[Isango Balloons 1
The Festival Director Tom Bird presented the Isango Ensemble with two helium balloons, marked &#8220;Isango&#8221; and &#8220;Shakespeare&#8217;s Globe&#8221;, tied together. The asked that the youngest member of Isango release them from the stage of the Globe, allowing them to travel upwards together and marking a permanent bond between the two organizations.
